Kanoa’s Hawaiian Grill – Bringing the flavors of the islands to you! From the Big Kahuna burger to shoyu chicken, kalua pig, spam musubi, BBQ chicken, teriyaki beef, and even keiki bowls for the little ones, every dish is served with plenty of aloha spirit.
Karl’s Kitchen – Home cooking with a Cajun kick! Karl’s Kitchen dishes up comfort food with bold Southern flavors, serving up favorites like pork chops, gumbo, jambalaya, seafood cheesy mac, Poorman’s cheesesteak tots, and seafood Rangoon's. Every bite is hearty, flavorful, and sure to bring a little Louisiana flair to your plate!
Jr.'s Tacos – Authentic Mexican Street tacos with big bold flavor! They also offer quesadillas, burritos, nachos supreme, and street corn on the cob.
The Brunch Box – Candied bacon, loaded fries, monster ham & cheese on brioche, crispy chicken wraps with that sweet and savory maple aioli twist that everyone loves, brunch burritos, brunch burgers, and more!
The Hangry Hub – Has something for everyone, even your pup! Bacon ranch, Caesar, and buffalo chicken wraps, pulled pork sandwiches & nachos, BBQ chicken nachos, hangry corn, yogurt parfaits, apple nachos, deli sandwiches, PB&J, pup cups for dogs, plus gluten-free options.
Fil-Am Fusion – Pop-up stand offering sips of sweet and cozy fresh-squeezed lemonade (with fun seasonal flavors) and hot chocolate in a variety of flavors.
JMF Candy – Sweet treats with a twist! JMF Candy takes your favorite candies and transforms them into light, crunchy, freeze-dried delights. Fun, colorful, and bursting with flavor – it’s candy like you’ve never had before!
Marine Corps 707 Detachment Concessions – Fuel up with festival favorites served by our local heroes! Stop by for juicy burgers, classic hot dogs, fresh-popped popcorn, sodas, and cozy hot chocolate – all served with Marine-sized pride.
