Four places available, class lasts two hours.The class will be taught by Laurie Owen who is passionate about making all manner of pickles, chutneys, herbal teas and flavoured alcohols, for their health benefits and the satisfaction of making a superior product from scratch with natural ingredients, at a fraction of the price of commercially available versions. The price of the class includes a good quality, suitable jar for the fermenting process.
