Killiney Beach Yoga (27th July)

Join Louise for a relaxing and invigorating yoga session on the grass overlooking Killiney Beach.

Start your Saturday morning off right with some gentle stretches and calming breathwork as you listen to the soothing sounds of the waves.

We'll start at 9:30 AM, so make sure to arrive a bit early to get yourself set up on your mat.

All levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. Just bring your mat, some water, and some cosy layers for savasana!

Immerse yourself in nature, connect with your body, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

If you're a swimmer/dipper/coldwater-dunker there's always the option of hopping into the sea afterwards! (Sea swim in not part of official event and at your own risk).
