ARE YOU READY FOR KIELBASA MAKING 101?

My name is Erica AKA Pierogi Queen and I will be teaching this class with the occupancy of my Tata AKA Pappi, John, the O-G Kielbasa maker.

In this class you will learn the art of kielbasa making. 2lb of ground pork will be provided for each student to season and create your own recipe. After meat is seasoned and a discussion of proper meat storage and cross contamination, we will then case the kielbasa. You will learn how to use the kitchen equipment properly and will be casing your own fresh kielbasa. Don't feel intimidated, Pappi is coming to help with the demo and lend helping hands because this is a two person job.

Lunch will be available for purchase after the class.

We highly recommend that you purchase tickets in pairs as kielbasa making is a two person job.
