Fall Schedule: 4 week session
This playful, beginner-friendly yoga class encourages movement, mindfulness, and fun! Through games, stories, and breathwork, kids explore self-awareness and body confidence in a creative, supportive environment. Grownups can enjoy time to work or relax in our cafe during the class. After yoga, kids enjoy 30 minutes of open play in Wild Child’s imaginative indoor playground, perfect for winding down and having fun! This class is part of a four-week session!
