Kids Yoga Teacher Training

Conscious Kids 15 hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training is designed to empower educators, parents and yoga instructors to confidently and joyfully lead young people into a lifelong love of Yoga and peace of mind. The heart of this training anchors in the teachings of Self Awareness, Self Regulation, and Self Actualization to explore practical, accessible tools, supported by clear and established theory. You will gain hands-on experience bringing the rich benefits of mindfulness and yoga playfully and effectively to the children in your life. By the end of this weekend long training you will have fully developed class plans as well as inspiration and knowledge to develop your own, so that every child you lead is gifted with a deeper understanding of themselves and how to contribute confidently and positively in the world.
