Kids Yoga Teacher Training

Silly Hearts Yoga for Kids Teacher Training is a fun, practical, and inspiring program designed to give you the tools and confidence to teach yoga and mindfulness to children ages 2–10. Whether you're a parent, educator, therapist, or yoga teacher, this training will help you create engaging, developmentally appropriate classes filled with movement, music, stories, and games.

Throughout the training, you'll learn:

• How to plan and structure kids yoga classes for different age groups
• Classroom management strategies that support positive behavior and participation
• Trauma-informed teaching practices to create safe and supportive spaces
• Techniques for teaching neurodiverse populations with flexibility and empathy
• A variety of yoga poses, breathwork, games, and mindfulness practices
• Ways to use props, books, and music to make classes creative and fun
• How to cultivate emotional awareness, self-regulation, and kindness through yoga

Training takes place over two days: Saturday August 23 `10:30am-7:30pm AND Sunday August 24 10:30am-7:30pm
