Santa & Rudolf’s Yoga Adventure At Yoga Mandali
Children (suggested age 3-7yrs) are invited to this 60 minute yoga session to practice breath awareness and yoga poses with Jilly Sansone RYT 500 / OTR/L, as she reads from her book “Santa & Rudolf’s Yoga Adventure” . Children are invited on a journey of fun through movement. With Santa and Rudolf, we will practice yoga poses and breathing exercises as a way to get our bodies focused and strong.

Jilly Sansone, OTR/L, RYT 500. is a licensed and registered occupational therapist and currently works in schools as a Yoga & Meditation teacher and OT. She uses humor and a playful mindset to help children learn about body awareness, coordination and focus. Between July 2013 and December 2018 she completed a 500hr yoga training with Jennilee Toner, a 30 hour radiant child yoga training, a 60 hour KYIS, Kripalu Yoga in the Schools Training. Jilly is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through MMTCP with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She has taught Yoga and Meditation to student’s Pre-K through 12th grade and adults in schools, yoga studios, the YMCA and Correctional Facilities.
