In this upcoming kids yoga/parents night out we are going to play spooky yoga games, make scary mandalas and practice ghost breath for pranayama before turning into corpses in our savasana. There will be a haunted snack, frightful craft and ghoulish music to celebrate Halloween and pumpkins. $25 per kid.
