This energetic class is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. It incorporates dancing, fun songs, crafts plus all of the traditional benefits of yoga - meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation.
Whether your child is brand new to yoga or a seasoned tiny yogi, there’s something for every child in this class! Parents drop off and enjoy some me/us/we time (we suggest the power class at the same time!)
Led by certified Children’s Yoga Teacher Marisa Pisani who has seen the benefits that yoga can have for children firsthand with her two boys.
