Movement & Storytelling with Prancing Pony Yoga!

Jen of Prancing Pony is certified through Cosmic Kids Yoga & believes that all children should have access to yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. These lessons not only help kids now, but will give them the tools they can draw upon for the rest of their lives.
