Join us on Wednesday, January 14 from 10:30–11:00 AM for Kids Yoga!Blair Bocook is a certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping young children discover movement, mindfulness, and joy through yoga. With a gentle and creative teaching style, Blair leads little ones through imaginative yoga adventures that help them build balance, coordination, and focus- all while having fun! Each class includes simple poses, breathing games, and relaxation time designed to support early learning and confidence in a calm, nurturing environment.
