Calling all little yogis, animals, adventurers, and dreamers! ✨ Join us for a playful and imaginative Kids Yoga class designed especially for children ages 0-5.

Through a magical blend of storytelling, movement, and mindfulness, kids will stretch, balance, and breathe their way through enchanted forests, undersea kingdoms, space adventures, and more! 🌳🐠🚀

Each class includes: 🌀 Imaginative storytelling woven into yoga poses 🎲 Fun yoga games to spark joy and movement 🧘‍♀️ Breathing & meditation exercises to calm little minds and bodies

No yoga experience needed—just bring your imagination and a willingness to move and explore! 💫 Please bring your yoga mat if you have one! We have a few to share, but supplies is limited.

👩‍👧‍👦 Grown-ups must stay onsite and are welcome to join in or simply enjoy watching the adventure unfold.
