🌈 Kids Yoga Color & Sounds Camp
A Magical 4-Day Chakra Adventure
Step into a colorful world of movement, mindfulness, music, and imagination! In this playful and heart-centered camp, children will explore the magic of the chakra system and discover how energy flows through the body through color, sound, yoga, breath, creativity, and connection.
Each day we journey through multiple chakras using yoga poses, guided meditations, mindful games, music, sound frequencies, storytelling, movement activities, and creative exploration designed especially for kids. Along the way, children will learn simple tools to help them feel calm, confident, balanced, expressive, grounded, and connected to themselves and the world around them.
We’ll explore:
✨ Chakra colors & energy centers
✨ The five elements & five senses
✨ Sound, vibration & mindfulness
✨ Foods, stones & tools for balance
✨ Yoga philosophy in a fun, child-friendly way
Each child will receive a special set of chakra-colored stones and a themed activity book to continue the journey at home.
This camp is designed to spark imagination, self-expression, kindness, inner peace, and joyful connection — all while having fun and making magical summer memories together!
