At B-1 Yoga
Join us three Saturdays a month for Kids Yoga, led by Krissy’s junior yoga teacher trainees from Challenge to Change. Once they’re compensated, all remaining proceeds will be donated to Mindful Minutes this month, which brings yoga and mindfulness into our schools.
This month, Elyn and Nash will guide our junior yogis through engaging yoga sessions that include a fun theme, a craft or story, and all the enchanting aspects of yoga. These classes are for children aged 4-11 and last 45 minutes. While a B1 Yoga instructor will always be on hand, our skilled junior yoga teachers will take the lead in each class.
