Kids Yoga Class

Our Kids Yoga Class offers a fun and engaging way for children to explore mindfulness, movement, and self-expression with MVP Childrens Yoga Teacher Alyssa Beck.
Kids will learn simple breathing techniques to help with focus and emotional regulation, enjoy playful yoga poses that inspire creativity and confidence, and discover the stories behind popular yoga postures.
Each class ends with a peaceful moment of rest and reflection, fostering a sense of calm and inner balance. Perfect for building confidence, cultivating focus, and encouraging a love for movement!
