IHY loves kids, so we are excited for our 3-day (T,W,Th) Yoga Camp August 19, 20 & 21 for 4-10 year olds (T, W, Th)
Each 90-minute class will be filled with movement, music & mindfulness as well as strength challenges, balance challenges and a healthy dose of silliness + laughter.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE necessary...We will learn and practice together! Come join us as we work to grow stronger, calmer and kinder over 3 consecutive days.
Group size is limited, pre-register early :)
$75/child for 3 days of YOGA FUN + an end-of-class healthy Beyond Juice smoothie each day.
