Come join us for some fun and peaceful Kids Yoga sessions at Zen Yoga - it's going to be a blast!About this Event
A day off from school - bring the kids to a yoga class! This class is most appropriate for kids ages 8-12. We will play yoga games, learn yoga poses, and meditate, or try to! Mostly a movement-based class. Kids wear comfortable clothing and will be barefoot for class.
