Stretch, move, and play in this FREE Kids Yoga class at the Des Moines Children’s Museum in partnership with Power Life! Join Laura S. for a 30-minute session designed for kids ages 4–9. Kids will explore simple yoga poses, breathwork, and mindful movement in a fun, engaging way. Parents are welcome to watch or join in the practice. After class, children can continue the fun by exploring the museum for the rest of the hour. This is a donation-based class- 100% of proceeds support the museum's building campaign for its new location. Donations can be made upon arrival or at dsmchildrensmuseum.com.
Limited number of yoga mats will be available to use but please bring your own if you’d like.
** Admission into the museum will be free during the time. Participation in the yoga class requires registration.
