Come join us for a fun and relaxing session of yoga designed specifically for kids at the beautiful High Tide Artisans Market. Our experienced instructor, Lauren Kranich, will guide the little ones through playful poses, breathing exercises, & mindfulness games in a safe and supportive environment. It's a great way for kids to stretch, unwind, and have some fun! No prior yoga experience required. Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to introduce your child to the benefits of yoga.

$10 fee is per family (so no need to register each child) & covers the 4 classes in this fun yoga series (so no need to register for each class).

Classes will take place at the Pier Village Gazebo near the Carousel (155 Ocean Ave N).
