Kids Yoga at Coronado Beach Elementary are engaging yoga classes right on your child’s campus! Each 45-minute session is led by our qualified instructors, guiding students through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that help them connect with their inner calm, build focus, and develop healthy movement habits.Who Can Join:
Classes are open only to Coronado Beach Elementary
When & Where:
Once a week on Fridays, right after school. Ms. Deann and Ms. Michele will meet students at the PE Pavilion.
What to Bring:
Students should come to school in comfortable clothing that allows free movement (no skirts or jeans)
Water bottle
Yoga mat (Mats $20 and straps $10 are available as an add-on when signing up). A limited number of mats are available to borrow if a child forgets theirs.
After Class:
We will escort students to Extended Day or to parent pickup. Once your child is signed up, please notify their teacher that they will attend yoga on Fridays.
