A fun, calming hour of autumn-themed yoga and mindful drawing for children aged 7–11.
We’ll set off on a story through a haunted wood, stretching like black cats, balancing like bats, twisting like owls and breathing like ghosts, with some games along the way. Then we slow things down and settle into zendoodle: filling pumpkins, leaves, bats and spider webs with patterns while we bring the energy down. Every child takes their artwork home.
No yoga or art experience needed. It’s relaxed, inclusive and all about having a go.
What’s included
All drawing materials. Yoga mats provided (or bring your own if you prefer).
What to bring
Comfy clothes they can move in and a water bottle. Fancy dress is very welcome!

Suitable for ages 7–11
Places are capped at 12 to keep the group small and calm
Please let us know about any additional needs when booking so we can make sure your child is comfortable
Parents / Carers are welcome to stay - but if you'd like to pop into town for the hour you're more than welcome to.
