Drop your kids off for a fun and educational GLOW IN THE DARK yoga and fitness party!
Calisthenics, yoga, and pilates will be used throughout class in fun games and stories. Afterwards they will calm down with deep stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation.
Children will be returned to you calm, happy, and relaxed!
