Our Kids Yoga class is a joyful mix of movement, imagination, and relaxation! Through animal poses, games, stories, music, and simple breathing exercises, kids build strength, balance, and confidence while having fun. Each class ends with a calming rest to help kids feel happy, relaxed, and proud of themselves.
