Ages 5-10 are invited to join Laura for an all-level kid's yoga class in the studio.
Space is extremely limited. Sign up online!
Children are recommended to bring their own yoga mat but we have mats for them to borrow if they need them. Bring water and wear something comfortable. You don't need any prior experience
