Kids yoga is a lot like grown up yoga, but way more fun! Through mindful imagination play kids will explore fine motor skills, strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness, & social skills. We will practice simple breath & everyday tools kids can use to feel happy & peaceful.
Ages 2-10, parents are encouraged to stay for younger children, but not required. You know your child best!
