Kids Summer Workshop: All About Owls

Did you know that NEPA is home to 8 species of owls, and that a single barn owl can eat hundreds of mice over the course of a season, making them some of the hardest-working helpers on the farm? Join us to discover how these silent nighttime hunters keep crops and barns protected—and why they’re some of the coolest (and wisest!) neighbors we have. Recommended for ages 4 – 10, but all ages are welcome. The cost is $1 per child, no registration necessary. Adult supervision is required. Bring along your lunch or stop by our deli or Big Dan's BBQ & enjoy our outdoor picnic tables and children's garden!
