Dakota West Arts Council in partnership with Bismarck Parks and Recreation District offer another year of Kids Summer Stage under the leadership of music educator Kris Kitko.
Each Wednesday during the summer musical activities and guest artists or organizations offer fun programming for kids in Custer Park.
Kids Summer Stage is free and open to families from across the region. Join us!

June 10: Danny Savage, One Man Band
June 17: Northern Plains Dance, Summer Youth Ensemble
June 24: Miss Sparkles, Stories and Songs
July 1: Gateway to Science, Fun on Stage with Science
July 8: Northern Plains Dance, Summer Youth Ensemble
July 15: Dinosaur Party with Brainy Ink, Hands-On STEAM and Creative Play
July 22: Line Dance & Group Dance Party, led by dancer and choreographer Michele Stockert
July 29: Ben Suchy, Performing Songwriter
August 5: Percussion Party with Hudson Dressler, Bucket Drumming and Hand Percussion for All
August 12: Northern Plains Dance, Summer Youth Ensemble
Need to Know
- Custer Park, 320 E. Custer Park St.
- Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00pm
- Free and open to the public.
- All ages welcome.
- Located at the Custer Park Stage. If there is poor weather, we will move to Capital Ice Complex. Location changes will be posted at BisParks.org and on Facebook.
- Bring a lunch and a blanket or chair.
