This workshop series is intended for participants in middle and high school.
Participants must commit to the entire workshop series.
Build your own Dragon pet - Have you ever wanted a dragon as a pet of your very own? One that won't grow too big and destroy your house? Come learn how to make your own chainmail dragon. This weekly summer series will teach you how to make each weave that goes into a chainmail dragon. At the end of the series, you will put your new knowledge to work as you build your new scaly friend scale by scale.
Week 2 Basic Weave
European 4 in 1: This week we will learn the European 4 in 1 weave, this is the same weave that most chainmail shirts are made of. We will use this weave to build the head of our dragon. You will leave this class with a European 4 in 1 chain that you can use as a bracelet.
