Ocean Yoga Kids Summer Camp 2024Dates: August 5-9
Time: 9am-1pm
Kids ages- 5 -10 years old
Registration Fee: $425 First Child/ $300 to add a sibling.
Theme: Living in Our Bodies: Elements and Senses
Join us for a transformative week at Ocean Yoga Kids Yoga Camp, where we will explore the elements of air, water, fire, and earth through yoga, mindfulness, and engaging activities. Our camp is designed to help children connect with their senses—taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing—and discover the joy of being fully present in their bodies.
Throughout the week, campers will:
• Engage in yoga and mindfulness practices that foster a deep understanding of their physical and mental states.
• Explore the elements through creative activities and guided exercises.
• Learn about their hidden senses: proprioception (awareness of body position), the vestibular system (balance), and interoception (internal body signals).
This camp offers a unique opportunity for children to unwind, reconnect with their bodies, and prepare for the upcoming school year with renewed energy and focus. Encourage your child to join us for a week of discovery, relaxation, and fun!
This relaxed summer camp experience will be co-led by our kids yoga yeacher Tasha Hudick (who is also a special ed teacher) and Ocean Yoga owner Shannon Del Vecchio.
