Kids Spring Yoga & Craft

Join us for a fun, hands-on spring morning designed for kids and families.

This event begins with a light, beginner-friendly yoga session led by Jackie Schultz, PA, followed by a creative planting activity where kids will make their own DIY flower pot and plant seeds to take home.

The yoga portion is designed to be playful, engaging, and accessible for all experience levels—helping kids build body awareness, coordination, and calm in a relaxed environment.

After yoga, kids will decorate their own flower pot and plant seeds, creating something they can continue to care for at home.

• ~25 minutes of kid-friendly yoga

Children ages 3+ (elementary age encouraged)
Parents are welcome to participate alongside their children

• Yoga mat (optional)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing

This event is limited to 12 participants.

If registering multiple children or family members, please complete a separate RSVP for each attendee to ensure we have an accurate headcount and enough supplies for everyone.

No prior yoga experience is needed. This event is designed to be low-pressure, fun, and accessible for all kids.
