Through gentle breathwork, guided visualization, and sound immersion, kids will be invited to relax, listen, and connect with their inner world. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and soft rhythmic tones, we will create a calming and imaginative journey that encourages focus, self-expression, and inner peace. The vibrations from these sacred sounds help to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional balance, making this experience deeply nourishing for growing minds and bodies. Children naturally respond to sound and rhythm, and this session is designed to meet them where they are—offering moments of stillness, movement, curiosity, and wonder.
