Kids Sound Circle (every month will be different and warmer months we might find a place to meet outside)I am so excited to share this mindful adventure with you.
Recommended for ages 5-9
Here’s what to expect-
We will gather in a circle, learn about sound, planets in the sky, the Earth’s elements, talk about how they speak to our bodies & emotions. We will make music with our voice and instruments, move our bodies with sound and then have a 10-15 min mindful sound session. After, we will gather in circle again, to share about our feelings and experiences out loud or on paper. Each child will receive an inspirational card & crystal to take home.
What to bring-
Water & a book for expressing feeling and experience through drawing or writing. Dress comfortably. Please bring anything else you and your child may need to be comfortable.
Please remember this is not a drop off event you will need to be nearby as the adult. You are welcome to join or you may set off to the side.
