My daughter Frankie and I are so excited to share this mindful adventure with you. Recommended for ages 5-9
Here’s what to expect-
We will gather in a circle, do some mindfulness activities, have a mini dance party and then have a 10-15 min mindful sound session. After, we will enjoy a handcrafted drink and healthy snack while we share about our feelings and experiences.
What to bring-
Water, an empty cup for shared drink, a pillow, blanket and yoga mat. Dress comfortably. Please bring anything else you and your child may need to be comfy cozy.
Please remember this is not a drop off event you will need to be near by as the adult. We encourage you to take this time to bound with your child through these mindful activities.
