✨ Kids Sound Bath (Ages 4–8)
A calm, playful sound experience for children and their caregivers, designed to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
This session is designed to feel gentle, playful, and supportive for both children and caregivers.
We’ll begin with a brief grounding moment to help everyone arrive — using simple breathing and body awareness in a way that feels accessible and light for kids. From there, we’ll move into a calming sound journey where children are invited to listen, rest, or cuddle with their grown-up while experiencing gentle sounds and vibrations.
Toward the end of the session, children will have the opportunity to explore instruments in a guided, hands-on way — honoring their natural curiosity and allowing the experience to close with connection and play.
Children are welcome to participate in whatever way feels natural to them, including listening quietly, moving gently, or taking breaks as needed, with caregivers remaining present throughout.
💫 $40 per child + one adult
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and supportive.
