ASAP Saturday program runs every Saturday at ADAPT from 11am-1pm. This program is by donation (min $5) to help support our ADAPT Foundation.
About this Event

Our ASAP Saturday Program is open for kids ages 10-17. The purpose of this program is to allow under resourced local youth to be part of our youth program, where they will work on speed and agility drills, strength training, have nutrition guidance, and emerge in ADAPT networks.

*Donations will be made at the Front Desk.Children MUST come with an adult/guardian their first time to sign off on waivers*

Each donation goes towards our ADAPT Foundation - a 501c3 registered nonprofit that was created to directly benefit under resourced local youth This program focuses on the development and enhancement of speed, power, and explosiveness.

Sessions will be focusing on three basic Speed principles:

Speed Mechanics and Strength

Acceleration & Top End Speed

Dynamic (Multi-Directional) Speed
