Our **RLSS Rookie Lifeguard Course** is designed for children aged **8 to 12 years** and helps build water confidence, safety awareness, rescue skills, teamwork, and leadership.
This is a brilliant course for kids who enjoy the pool and want to learn practical life skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.
