Kids Reiki One Workshop.

Reiki is a fantastic self care tool, that can be used by everyone!
Reiki helps with anxiety, hyperactivity, insomnia, behavioral issues, worrying and overthinking, and much more.
Reiki assists in welcoming in peace and ease, comfort, relaxation, reflection, grace, mindfulness, regulation of the nervous system, overall wellness. There are endless possibilities with having Reiki by your side.
This class is based on the traditional Usui Principles, and has been designed and updated specifically for children around ages 8-12.
This workshop will be taught by Reiki Master Teacher, Shauna Pow.
Shauna is an associate member of the International Center for Reiki Training, and the Reiki certifications in Shauna's classes are officially accepted between lineages.
This class will take place in Medicine Hat, AB

The class fee is $175
a deposit of $100 is required to hold a spot in this class.
Class sizes are limited to 4 students
