Strides 360 is a bodyweight conditioning workout designed to build strength, aid recovery, and round out your fitness routine. This class works for any mom—go as hard as you can on your high-energy days or scale it back on days when just showing up is an accomplishment! Bring your kiddos in a stroller or leave them at home and enjoy some mom-time. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day.
