◾ Non-refundable, non-transferable.

◾ Event cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted; reschedule is allowed but non-refundable.

◾ SEED by Farmacy reserves the right to amend terms.

◾ Participants must be at least 4 years old to participate in the event. For the safety of all attendees, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

◾ 如活動當日懸掛八號或以上風球 / 黑色暴雨警告，活動將取消並不作另行通知，受影響參加者可安排改期，但費用不予退還

◾ SEED by Farmacy 保留修改條款及細則之權利

◾參加者必須年滿4歲或以上方可參與活動。為確保所有參加者的安全，12歲以下的兒童必須由家長或監護人全程陪同
