RISE Kids Night Out is a joyful evening experience where kids get to move, create, and unwind in a safe, nurturing wellness space. Through mindful art, movement, rhythm, kids yoga, and playful relaxation, children explore healthy ways to express themselves, connect with others, and have fun.
While kids are immersed in meaningful activities guided by caring facilitators, parents get the gift of free time to step out, recharge, and enjoy their evening, knowing their children are safe, supported, and having a great time in community.

Limited to 12 children for quality attention and connection.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
