Project Options
• Reusable Tote Bag Decorating — $20
No limit to the number of kids who may decorate the same tote
• Mother’s Day Pocket Card/Journal (Ages 12+) — $15
Includes using a large‑needle for spine binding; participant must be able to follow written instructions with visual guidance.
Sibling Discount
Receive $5 off each additional project.
Supervision Policy
All children must be accompanied by an adult. This is not a drop‑off event for anyone under 15 years old.

Waiver and Safety Acknowledgment
By registering for and attending this event, the supervising adult acknowledges that crafting activities may involve materials and tools requiring attention and care, including fabric ink pads, glue, and large needles. The supervising adult agrees to actively monitor the child’s participation and assumes responsibility for their safe use of provided tools. Westside Refillery is not responsible for minor injuries resulting from normal participation in the activity.
