This isn't just for main Kids Min Leaders. It's a rare opportunity to bring your ENTIRE team — every volunteer, every helper (yes, even your youth helpers, age 16+) — for a day that pours into all of you together. You weren't meant to do kids ministry alone, and neither were they.
