Immerse yourself and your kids in a interactive, movement-filled story about animals on the farm led by Kelly from Gilded Crown Yoga! We incorporate yoga poses, movement, and breathwork into a 30-minute live storytelling of our Highlands going on an adventure together! Join Ace, Titan and Stella as they venture around the big city to find their lost sheep friends Tux and Tango! After our class, cuddle, brush and take lots of pictures with all of them!
Don't forget to bring a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and your phone or camera!!
30 minute interactive yoga followed by 45 minute cuddles with the animals!
