Children often face challenges when it comes to settling down, calming their bodies, quieting their minds and self regulating. Yet, they have a remarkable ability to release and heal. This class is designed to provide that healing in a way that resonates with them.Your instructor, Alicia Love, brings over 10 years of experience working with kids and teens, including those facing anxiety and depression, and she skillfully adapts to the unique needs of each participant.
Alicia aims to gently guide children into relaxation through a brief meditation, followed by sound healing to help regulate emotions and promote healing at cellular and energetic levels, concluding with individual energy healing.
**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your child is mature enough to remain quiet for 45 minutes. While this event is tailored for kids aged 9 to 17, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Parents are welcome to participate with their children, or to drop their kiddos off for this one. For any questions, please contact Alicia Love directly at 619.381.8873
