🍎🥕 Introducing Kids Kitchen Club at CrossFit 4042!
Let’s mix, make, taste, and learn! In this hands-on class, kids will create easy, no-cook snacks, explore new foods, and learn about healthy eating—all while having fun.
We’re kicking things off with two classes:
🍂 November 10: Fall Flavors
⛄ December 8: Holiday Snack Makers
📍 CrossFit 4042
📅 Second Tuesday of every month
💚 $20 per child, per class—or $36 for both kickoff classes!
🥣 All ingredients and supplies included.
No cooking experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy! Tasting is encouraged but always optional.
Join us for the holiday kickoff classes before our monthly series begins in January!
