We are excited to switch things up and introduce Intro to Aerial Hammock starting April 2nd!
This 45-minute class is perfect for beginners (age 8 and up) looking to explore aerial sling in a fun and supportive environment. Students will learn foundational moves, build strength and flexibility, and even put together a mini routine for our Student Showcase on May 17th.
