Join us for a meaningful evening of service and education at Mission City Church! We're partnering with Stop the Movement, Inc. to host a two-part event that brings together hands-on outreach and critical safety training for families.
From now until September 19, we’re collecting the following individually wrapped items to support Stop the Movement’s outreach efforts:
Proteins (non-perishable, think canned meats)
Peanut butter crackers
Granola bars
Cookies
Wet wipes
Animal crackers
Gallon-size zip lock bags
Please bring all donations to MC Kids between now and September 19!
Event Schedule:
6:00–7:00 PM – Service Project
We’ll use your generous donations to assemble care bags filled with essentials for Stop the Movement to distribute during outreach visits to vulnerable members of our community.
7:00–8:00 PM – Internet Safety Training
Stop the Movement will lead an internet safety session designed for elementary-aged children and their parents. Learn practical tips for staying safe online and why early conversations about digital safety are so important.
This is a fantastic opportunity for children to experience volunteering in a hands-on way and to be equipped with tools to navigate the digital world safely. Don’t miss it!
