Kids in the Kitchen

Looking for a fun and healthy activity for your child?

Join Kids in the Kitchen, an exciting hands-on class designed for children ages 4–10! Kids will have the opportunity to prepare their own food (and enjoy eating it too!) while learning about the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables in a fun and engaging way.

This interactive experience includes:
 - Kid-friendly food preparation activities
 - Fun games and hands-on learning
 - Creative ways to explore healthy foods
 - Exciting kitchen experiences that build confidence and healthy habits
Children will stay active, engaged, and excited about being in the kitchen while spending quality time with a parent or responsible adult.  

Please note: This is a hands-on class, and a parent or responsible adult must accompany each child.
Registration is required by August 28.

All kids with adults are welcome.  Program is free of charge.
