Little Chefs in the Making! Join us for hands-on cooking fun where kids (and a grown-up for our littlest cooks) get to chop, mix, and create delicious, allergen-free dishes. Every session is packed with tasty adventures in the kitchen, and best of all—they get to sample their masterpieces! Healthy, tasty, and confidence-boosting..and aside from the ovens and stove-topped, totally unplugged!

We have lessons for 3–6-year-olds with a parent (11:30am- 1:00pm) and drop-off lessons for children ages 7+ (1:30pm-3:00pm) on one Saturday a month from November-March. These lessons are held at the Salt City Teaching Kitchen in the Salt City Market, located at 484 South Salina Street in Syracuse on January 11—Cozy Meals for Cold Days (Chicken Noodle Soup or Tomato Alphabet Soup)
